Documentation and Reporting
Documentation and reporting are critical aspects of network management that help network operators keep track of the network's performance, configuration, and other important data. Here are some key areas of focus for documentation and reporting

This is a great space to write a long text about your company and your services. You can use this space to go into a little more detail about your company. Talk about your team and what services you provide.
CMBD
A CMDB is a database that contains information about the configuration items (CIs) in the network, such as network devices, applications, and services. The CMDB is used to keep track of changes to the network configuration, dependencies between CIs, and other important information.
Visualization
Visualization tools are used to display network data in a clear and intuitive way, making it easier for network operators to identify patterns and trends, and to quickly identify any issues that may arise. This can include tools such as heat maps, network topology maps, and other graphical representations of network data.
Offline Reports
Offline reports are used to generate detailed reports on network performance, configuration, and other important data. These reports can be used to track trends over time, identify areas of the network that may need improvement, and provide detailed information to stakeholders such as management, auditors, or regulatory agencies.
Data Mining
Data mining involves analyzing large amounts of data to identify patterns, trends, and other insights that can be used to improve network performance and optimize network operations. This can involve using tools such as machine learning algorithms and predictive analytics to identify patterns in network traffic, detect anomalies, and forecast future network performance.
Dashboards
Dashboards are a type of visualization tool that provide a high-level view of network performance and other important metrics. Dashboards can be customized to display the specific metrics that are most important to the organization, such as network uptime, bandwidth utilization, and response time.
